    Monday, December 1, 2014-January 4, 2015, Cathedral of St. Peter in Chains will host 25 nativities on loan from the University of Dayton.  The “Creche Collection” will be open to the public Monday through Saturday from 12-4 p.m. and 12 -6 p.m. on Sundays. It can also be toured by appointment.  The signature piece is by artist Robert Koepnick (1907-1955). Koepnick specialized in corporate, public and church sculpture and sculpted the baptismal font at the cathedral.  Nativities from 22 countries and made from many different materials in a variety of styles will be on display.     Friday, December 5-December 6, 2014.  The annual Catholic Men's Advent Retreat will be at Our Lady of the Holy Spirit Center in Norwood.  Father Giles Dimock, OP will be the retreat master.  Fr.     Sunday, December 7, 2014, 5-7 p.m.  Bring the whole family and friends for our 7th Annual Live Nativity on the Church Plaza.  there is plenty of parking and it's easily accessible for all.  Live animals, indigenous to the Middle East will be present.  Children are allowed to pet the animals.  Hot Chocolate and cookies will be served in church.  Christmas carols will be sung by the children's choir.  The D.O.C.K. will be selling meatball subs.  After the live nativity at 7 p.m., please join the faculty and students of St. Charles School for their annual Christmas concert from in the PAC.
