Divine Liturgy and Workshop on Religious Persecution and the Natural Disaster in Kerala in Walnut Hill

Join the One Church of Mercy team and other sponsors for Divine Liturgy at St. Anthony of Padua Catholic Maronite Church, followed by an educational gathering on international religious persecution and our response to the natural disaster in Kerala, India.

The program begins at 8:15 and features talks by Bill O’Keefe (by video), Catholic Relief Services Vice President for Government Relations and Advocacy; and Anne Scheid, Catholic Charities Southwestern Ohio Refugee Resettlement Director.

Co-sponsored by the Equestrian Order of the Holy Sepulchre of Jerusalem and One Church of Mercy – a group of Christians of the East and West joined together to promote greater awareness of Eastern Rite Catholic communities and religious freedom for all, including the Maronite Eparchy of Our Lady of Lebanon, the Roman Catholic Archdiocese of Cincinnati, Annunciation of the Blessed Virgin Mary Parish, St. Anthony of Padua Maronite Catholic Church, St. Chavara Syro-Malabar Catholic Mission, Saint Ignatius of Antioch Maronite Catholic Church, and St. James Orthodox Church.
