Area Catholic author and speaker Julia Monnin will sign “The World is Noisy, God Whispers,” a newly published compilation of her writing, at Believe Art from the Heart gift shop. Formerly pastoral associate for the Petersburg Parishes, Monnin is also heard on alternate Mondays on Radio Maria in the Dayton area.
