ARCHDIOCESE — Young people from throughout the archdiocese converged upon Moeller High School Sept. 24-26 for CREDO: I Believe, a Eucharist-centered retreat that offers the opportunity to grow in relationship with Christ and the church and encourages them to be active in their parishes and programs of the archdiocese.

The weekend, coordinated by area parishes and assisted by the archdiocesan Office of Youth Ministry, included Mass celebrated by Archbishop Dennis M. Schnurr, adoration, sacraments, fellowship, music, prayer, reflection and talks by nationally known speakers. These included Gina Loehr, a Dayton native involved in youth and young adult ministry and pro-life outreach; Dominican Father Albert Trudel; and Michael Walsh, who has traveled the globe sharing his Catholic faith and who served as emcee for the weekend.
