DESCRIPTION:Carmelo is a lay member of the Commission on Liturgy in the Diocese of Malolos\, Bulacan\, Philippines.\nOn August 23\, 2012\, Pope Benedict XVI conferred upon Carmelo the Title of Knight of St. Sylvester.\nHe is approved by his Bishop\, the Most Reverend Jose F. Oliveros to do testimony and to perform prayer healing services\, and he has visited Our Lady of the Holy Spirit Retreat Center in Cincinnati every year since 1998. The services are known for people reporting spiritual and physical healing\, the appearance of sacred images on rose petals\, and the transformation of ordinary water into oily rose scented water. \nThis event is not connected with the annual Days of Prayer and Mercy\, but follows their closing event\, and attendees are welcome to stay.
