DESCRIPTION:Nationally known calligrapher Diane von Arx\, a contributor to the first illuminated Bible commissioned from top calligraphers in 500 years\, will present “Special Treatment Illuminations for the Saint John’s Bible\,” a free talk about her contributions to the Wisdom Books in the Saint John’s Bible. XU’s volume of the Wisdom books\, the latest in the library’s acquisition of the limited-edition\, seven-volume set\, will be on display at the talk along with a display of  tools\, quills\, and inks. A Q&A will follow. Seating is limited\, visit Eventbrite to register. Light refreshments provided. \nThe talk talks place at Conaton Learning Commons – Kennedy Auditorium.
