DESCRIPTION:Sept. 29-Oct. 30. \n“The 30-Day Retreat is a form of the Spiritual Exercises of St. Ignatius suited to a person who wants to grow in union with God as a disciple of Jesus Christ\, and who has the time to set aside other pursuits for about a month. \n“The Exercises are rooted in traditional Christian practice and scripture.  The daily routine of the 30 day retreat includes about four hours in meditation and contemplation along with reflection periods to take note of what is happening. Daily Mass is also part of the retreat. \n“The purpose of the Ignatian Exercises is practical\, toward self-understanding and decision making that arise from one’s relationship with God.  And it can also be a school of prayer toward the deepening of life choices already in place.  You will have the daily guidance of a listening companion to help appreciate what God might be offering of grace and invitation.” \nStart time approximate.
