DESCRIPTION:March 31-April  2. St. Charles Center in Carthagena\, Ohio will host Artistry Under the Dome\, its fifth annual art fair\,. Visit St. Charles Center\, motherhouse of the Missionaries of the Precious Blood\, and view the work of more than 30 artists. Pieces from regional artists and seven local high schools will be on display throughout the weekend. The show will also feature work from ten new artists.
