SUMMARY:Caladrian Ensemble Concert at Old St. Mary's (Over-the-Rhine)
DESCRIPTION:The Caladrian Ensembles final concert for the year will feature medieval chants and motets  by a variety of writers\, including Hildegard von Bingen\, in honor of the Virgin Mary\, sung at a church named for her. Performers will include sopranos Fotina Naumenko and Jackie Stevens\, lutanist Christopher Wilke\, and Larry Brown on the hurdy gurdy. The Calabrian Ensemble is “a professional musical ensemble devoted to exploring the intersections between early and modern music through unexpected collaborations\, diverse programming\, improvisation\, and community engagement.” Tickets are $12 ($8 students and seniors) and are available online at the link below.
