DESCRIPTION:The Bach Society of Dayton presents the Bach Society Chorus and Orchestra in a concert of French Catholic compositions. Program: Durufle’s “Four motests based on Gregorian Themes” (Ubi caritas\, Tota pulchra\, Tu es petrus\, and Tantum Ergo”); Poulenc’s Gloria\, and his Concerto for Organ\, strings\, and timpani in G Minor. Tickets are $20 adults\, $10 students\, $15 active military; no fee for children 10 and under. First concert in the 2017-2018 Back Society Dayton season. Concert preview at 3 pm.
