DESCRIPTION:Franciscan Brother Octavio Duran\, a close friend of Blessed Oscar Romero\, will speak on Romero at Holy Family at a free\, bilingual event. A photographer who traveled often with Romero on his pastoral visits.  He took many of the iconic photos we have of Romero.  His talk\, “Oscar Romero and St. Francis: Embracing the Lepers\,”  will look at the spirituality of Romero through his Franciscan lens and his personal experiences with Romero himself.
