Harvest Fest 2017 at Kolping Center
The Catholic Kolping Society of Cincinnati will hold its first-ever Harvest Festival, featuring a petting zoo (4:30-6:30 p.m.), authentic German dinners, artisanal bourbon and more on the "Electrified Schnapps Cart," children's activity area, adult games, and music by Buffalo Wabs and the Price Hill Hustle. Homemade schnitzel dinners ($10) served at 6:30. Admission $5/person or $10/family (parents and school-aged children).Free admission, hot dogs, and pop for children 12 and under.

Kolping Stube Nacht
The Cincinnati Kolping Society, a branch of the international Catholic Kolping Society, presents its annual day to beat the winter blues -- open to the public. Kolping Schützenfest Begins
July 20-22. The Cincinnati Kolping Society will select its "king" at the annual Schutzenfest (marksmen festival). Based on a medieval custom, Society members who participate in the men's shooting group will shoot at a carved wooden eagle mounted high on a pole. The person to shoot it down becomes king for a year. The three-day festival features German food, music, dancing, vendors, games, and the crowning of the King and Queen.
