  • Saturday, October 25, 2014, 10 a.m.-noon  McAuley High School will once again offer a HSPT Prep Class to help prepare eighth graders for the high school placement test.  Academic content will be reviewd, study skills will be taught, and anxiety towards the test will be eased.  There is a four class series on 4 Saturday's prior to HSPT Test.  Students will get the most out of the test by attending all four classes, as different material will be covered in each session.  The classes will be offered October 25, November 1, 8 & 15.  There is a $75 fee for the four class series.  Online registration is available at under the "Admissions" tab.

    Saturday, October 25, 2014, 3-4 p.m.  Award winning author and international speaker, Susan Vogt, will be at St. Mark Bookshop in Centerville; 895 S. Main Street at Spring Valley Road; Centerville, OH. She will have a short presentation and book signing.  She is featured each week in some parish bulletins.  Her experience includes over 30 years in Family Life ministry in the Catholic Church.  Her books include:  Blessed by Less: Clearing Your Life by Living Lightly, Raising Kids Who Will Make a Difference and Parenting your Adult Child.

    Saturday, October 25, 2014, 7:30 p.m. The Annie Moses Band will come to McAuley Performing Arts Center.  The band consists of classically trained and Julliard graduated family members who are descendants of Annie Moses, their great grandmother.  Many of the family members are multi instrumentalists and present a high energy show of everything from Classical and Bluegrass to Country and Rock.  For more information please call 513-484-0157 or check out our website at  Tickets for all events are $35 in advance and $40 day of show.  Assigned seating is also available for an extra $5.

    Sunday, October 26, 2014, 11 a.m. We are hosting a "Flash Mass" like the ones they have been having in Detroit.  It’s the first attempt north of the river here at a “Mass Mob” — a relatively impromptu gathering at a historic urban church for Mass — and it’s this Sunday at Resurrection of Our Lord parish in Price Hill/Cincinnati.
