New pastoral regions approved

ARCHDIOCESE — Archbishop Daniel E. Pilarczyk has approved the recommendation of Father William Wagner, dean of St. Martin Deanery, to implement two regions.

The first pastoral region created in Brown County consists of St. Mary Parish, Arnheim; St. Michael Parish, Ripley; and St. George Parish, Georgetown.

Father Dorhman Byers will be appointed pastor of this region effective July 1, 2009.

The second new pastoral region in Brown County consists of St. Michael, Mt. Orab, and St. Angela Merici, Fayetteville.
