ARCHDIOCESE — “Being Grace Filled People: Living and Fostering Gratitude” will be the theme of Archbishop Daniel E. Pilarczyk’s keynote address at the 34th Annual Northern Area Congress on September 19 at the Upper Valley Joint Vocational School in Piqua. The annual event provides parish leaders and catechists an opportunity to attend teaching workshops and review the newest religious education and spiritual resources.

The archbishop has a strong interest in education and is a leading advocate for the faith formation of adults. His keynote comments will offer insight into the question: How does gratitude make a difference in how we live, teach and minister? Approximately 300 people from the Miami Valley area attend this event each year.

For more information, contact the director of religious education at your local parish or the Office of Evangelization and Catechesis in Sidney at 937-498-1192. A full brochure is also available on line at www.catholiccincinnati.org/occ.
