Are you interested in singing the great works of the Church in a beautiful space? Consider joining the Athenaeum Chorale, a liturgical choral group that sings in the Seminary Chapel of St. Gregory the Great at the Athenaeum of Ohio.

The Chorale season includes two Solemn Vespers liturgies, a beloved and well-attended Advent Lessons & Carols celebration in December, and a choral Mass to conclude the Music & Liturgy series in the spring.

The Chorale itself is made up of diocesan church musicians, seminarians from Mount St. Mary’s, and other exceptional singers from the Cincinnati area. Singing with the Chorale is a wonderful way to connect with fellow musicians and to participate in the rich liturgical life at the Athenaeum of Ohio.

Auditions will be held for all voice parts from August 1st through August 31st. All singers over 18 years of age are welcome to audition. To schedule an audition contact Dr. Mary Catherine Levri, Director of the Athenaeum Chorale, at [email protected] or (513) 233-6138. All auditions will be held by appointment at the Athenaeum of Ohio.
