Fasching and Karneval German Meal at Holy Rosary (St. Mary’s)
The Fr. James O'Byrne Knight so Columbus Council 159 will spots a German-style Mardi Gras meal as a fundraiser to help purchase a mobile ultrasound unit for the Family Life Center of Auglaize County. Dinner will feature cabbage rolls, sauerkraut, mashed potatoes, beets, spatula, German desserts, and German beer and coffee. Ticket price does not include drinks.

Immaculate Conception will sponsor this prayer festival for high school youth and their youth ministers. Doors open at 6:30 pm, music begins at 7 pm. Feb. 5-26 (Monday mornings). Father David Endres, dean of the Athenaeum of Ohio and "Telegraph" columnist, will teach this course on 200 years of local Catholic history as part of the Athenaeum's Adult Spirituality Institute. Father Endres teaches Church history and Historical Theology and is the editor of "U.S. Catholic Historian."
