Talk on Cincinnati Catholic History from 1950-2018 in Hyde Park
Last of a 4-part series of talks on Cincinnati’s Catholic History by Father Davide Endres, dean of the Athenaeum of Ohio and a columnist for “The Catholic Telegraph,” will focus on change and continuity from 1950 to the present. The multimedia presentations will explore how German and Irish immigrants transformed the city’s history through a network of churches, schools, and charities and look toward the archdiocese’s bicentennial. Presence at previous talks not required.
