Communal Anointing and Sacrament of the Sick Healing Mass
What: All who are experiencing any health situation impacting mind, body, or spirit are invited to attend this Mass. Assistance with parking and walking to the church will be provided. Police Chaplain Father Steve Angi will celebrate the 14th annual Archdiocese of Cincinnati Blue Mass for police, fire, and public safety workers and their families. Held around the country, "Blue Masses" are named for the traditional dress uniforms of these workers. The morning will begin at 10:45 with a blessing of vehicles and equipment outside the cathedral, and will be followed by a reception. People of all faiths welcome.

Talk on 19th century Cincinnati Catholic History in Hyde Park
Part 2 of a 4-part series of talks on Cincinnati’s Catholic History by Father Davide Endres, dean of the Athenaeum of Ohio and a columnist for “The Catholic Telegraph,” will focus on 19thcentury immigrants (1840-1883). The multimedia presentations will explore how German and Irish immigrants transformed the city’s history through a network of churches, schools, and charities and look toward the archdiocese’s bicentennial.
