Annual benefit for the McNicholas High School football program features appetizers, beer, wine or pop, amazing raffles and games in the McNick courtyard. Frozen margaritas also available. Mix and mingle with moms, alumnae, and friends of the school; bring a friend. Must be 21 to attend.

July 29-Aug. 1 Cycling event from the University of Notre Dame to the University of Dayton! Multi-day event; begins this year at NOTRE DAME. Day one: ND to Grace College (Indiana); Day two: Grace College to Decatur, Ind.; Day three: Decatur to Minster, OH: Day four: Minster to UD. Mass, Adoration, and pro-life procession to the nearby Planned Parenthood abortion center. Fr. Andre-Joseph LaCasee, OP, will celebrate. Youth groups and teams from both sides of the Ohio River encouraged to attend. 12th annual event; begun in 2004 to allow the alumni who started the club team at Lehman Catholic to compete against the current varsity team. Dayton's annual Celtic Festival will be held July 28-30 at the Riverscape MetroPark in Dayton. July 31-Aug. 3 “Symbols from Nature.” Children ages 6-15 will learn about symbolic images from nature used in Sacred Art History such as the sacred meaning of flowers, plants and animals. Projects will include color images using symbols, hand-painted tiles, and mosaics to be placed in the Center’s new Children’s Garden.
