Marian Art of Asia Exhibit begins at UD
"Ex Oriente Lux: Marian Art of Asia" will feature pieces showing how Mary is perceived and represented in several Asian countries. Exhibit in the Marian Library Gallery (7th floor, Roesch Library) Omday -Friday 8:30 am - 4:30 pm (closed July 4 and Sept. 4) June 26-Sept. 8. June 25 - 27 (NO OVERNIGHT ACCOMMODATIONS), 10 am - 3 pm each day. Fee includes t-shirt and lunch all three days. All junior high from area parishes are invited. Participants will spend time playing games, listening to great music, praying, hearing inspiring talks, laughing, sharing their faith, and eating. June 30-July 2. Dr. Rich Grosser will present "Seek a Sustainable Lifestyle", a four-day study on Pope Francis's "Laudato Si.'" Dr. Grosser regularly travels to Haiti to work with the poorest of the poor; this study on the complete document will be given from "an authentically Catholic Christian Viewpoint."
