Weekly German Mass will be especially festive this week as Bockfest participants and visitors to the city will be present. Mass will begin and end with a procession of all German society ags and banners. Through April 11: "Art for Peace and Justice" will feature original works from the 2016 and 2017 "For a Better World" collection poems and drawings by Greater Cincinnati Artists. The Seven-Church Walk originated with the Oratory movement founded by St. Philip Neri. On the Wednesday of Holy Week, Philip and his companions would set out to visit the four major basilicas of Rome, as well as the three more significant minor basilicas. They would pack picnic lunches, sing songs, and pray litanies along the way, stopping occasionally to rest, and pausing at each of the seven basilicas for catechesis and prayer.
