Spring Fling Dance at Good Shepherd
Live music by The Remains. Tickets include two drink tickets and light appetizers; additional drinks available to purchase (soft drinks and water available at no charge). Meet elected officials; enjoy choir singing, skits, and music; review literature and presentations from life-affirming organizations and more at this ecumenical, non-partisan event. Features speakers Pastor Eli Williams (pastor of New Hope Church Springfield and co-founder of Urban Light Ministries) and State Representative Nino Vitale from Ohio's 85th House District. The St. Bernard Church adult choir, guitar group, young adult choir, and youth choir will perform at a relaxing, uplifting afternoon to raise money to send parish youth to Music Ministry Alive!, a summer program in St. Paul, Minn., run by singer/songwriter David Haas. A parishioner attended in 2016 and "has a burning desire to return this year." Enjoy an afternoon of music -- donations in any amount accepted.
