Live Animal Nativity at St. Francis Seraph (OTR) Begins
Nov. 24 - Jan. 1. Live animals from Sunrock Farms take up residence in the walled courtyard of St. Francis Seraph Church for the parish's annual life-sized Nativity display. Visit any time. The exhibit of hundreds of Nativity sets formerly set up in the church has moved a block away to the Christian Moerlein Malt House Taproom, where it takes up numerous rooms and can be seen during the taprooms operating hours (families welcome).

Nov. 24-Jan. 1 Formerly at St. Francis Seraph, this Nativity set display includes multiple rooms, a train set, and hundreds of creches from around the world. Open during the taproom's operating hours; families welcome. One block away from the St. Francis Seraph outdoor Nativity, featuring live animals. Wednesdays and Thursdays: 4-10 p.m. Fridays: 4 p.m.- midnight Saturdays: Noon-Midnight Sundays: 1- 7 p.m.

Nov. 27-Jan. 5. As Roesch Library begins a multi-year renovation, "At the Manger" will continue, but on a smaller scale. The Marian Library will present a selection of its collection of 3,500 Nativity scenes from more than 100 countries. The seventh floor gallery will feature Eastern European creches, while the Creche Museum will feature nativities from East and West Advent. Also on display: monotypes by artist Michelle Arnold Paine.
