CMO Summer Concert at Tower Park (NKY)
The Cincinnati Metropolitan Orchestra presents its summer concert, Great American Music and Song, for the final time this season. The concert will feature the music of Irving Berlin and Richard Rodgers as well as favorites from Carole King and the Jersey Boys, and music from the hit film Titanic, which turns 20 this year. Under the direction of long-time Elder High School music director David Allen, the CMO features musicians from a around Greater Cincinnati in free concerts throughout the year.

Elizabeth's New Life Center's fall Southern Partnership Banquet will feature keynote speaker Father Frank Pavone, head of Priests for Life. Theme: The Father's Masterpiece. Sept. 7-9. Retrouvaille is an international program for people in troubled marriages. A Catholic, confidential program that begins with a weekend retreat for couples contemplating divorce or separation, or who have separated. Site is revealed with reservation ($200/couple).
Find out more »40 Hours at St. Cecilia Begins (Oakley)
The parish Forty Hours Exposition and Adoration will begin with a special 1:30 p.m. Mass on Friday, followed by continuous adoration until a closing ceremony Sunday, Sept. 9, at the end of the 10 a.m. Mass. The weekend will conclude with a brunch in the school cafeteria immediately following the closing ceremony. Parishioners and friends of the parish encouraged to be a guardian adorer in shifts during that time; all welcome to stop in for prayer.
