DAYTON DEANERY — The sixth annual Dayton Catholic Homeschool Conference is scheduled for May 21 and 22 at St. Peter Family Life Center in Huber Heights. The conference is open to all parents and high school students.

Current trends, such as online coursework, will also be highlighted at this year’s conference, and the opportunity to spend time with peers in home education will be offered. For home-schooled high school students the conference provides an opportunity for fellowship with peers and to visit with college representatives as they prepare for the next step in their education.

Among this year’s speakers is Danielle Bean, who is an author and blogger and is featured weekly on Sacred Heart Radio’s “Son Rise Morning Show.”

Suggested early donation for the conference through May 1 is single, $15; couple, $20; and teen, $10. After May 1, the suggested donation is single, $20; couple, $30; and teen, $13. For complete conference information, visit www.daytonhomeschool.com, or call Colleen Sollinger at 937-235-0585, preferably after 3 p.m.
