Presented by Artist, Naturalist, and author Julie Zickefoose. “Saving Jemima” is the story of a young, sick, orphaned blue jay that she cared for in her home and then released back into the wild. The presentation is free, but donations will be happily accepted. The event is a collaboration of area non-profits that have a focus on the natural world and care for the environment, including the Sisters of Charity, Earth Connection, the Audubon society of Ohio and so much more! There will be information tables in the lobby before and after the presentation and Zickefoose will also be selling copies of her book and art.
