1) An Evening with the Priests
The Dayton faithful celebrated an evening in October to “get to know” the priest faculty and seminarians at Mount St. Mary’s Seminary & School of Theology. 2) STEM Awards in Sidney
The Ohio Academy of Science selected 48 Ohio schools and 615 teachers to receive The Governor’s Thomas Edison Awards for Excellence in STEM Education and Student Research for their accomplishments during the 2022-23 school year. Among them were Sidney’s Lehman Catholic High School and Holy Angels School STEM teachers.

3) Father Daughter Dance in Xenia
Fathers and daughters got dressed in their Saturday best to dance the night away at St. Brigid Church in Xenia on Sept. 30. The Father Daughter Dance was hosted by St. Brigid Church’s American Heritage Girls troop. The AHG motto is Faith, Service, Fun.

4) Student Music at the Basilica
Saint Ursula Academy music teacher Katherine Jennings and students, Camille Roman and Alex Serger, performed at the Cathedral Basilica of St. Peter in Chains in Cincinnati in September. The concert was presented by a music group called Heri et Hodie. This small treble ensemble performs medieval and modern music by women composers
