Throughout the Archdiocese of Cincinnati, the Evening Mass of the Lord’s Supper was held on an almost summer evening. In The Catholic Telegraph’s Sacred Spaces video, we look at Ascension Parish in Kettering, and St. Peter in Chains in Cincinnati.

The Office of Tenebrae is a religious service of Western Christianity held during Holy Week, and characterized by gradual extinguishing of candles, and by a “strepitus” or “loud noise” taking place in total darkness near the end of the service.
