Mrs. Robyn Tierney’s first grade classroom learned about St. Francis of Assisi on his Feast Day, October 4. The children discussed how to love and care for God’s creation like St. Francis did.  The Prayer of St. Francis mural was painted, in the hallway at St. Ignatius School in Monfort Heights, by current Kindergarten teacher, Mrs. Riestenberg.
