On May 14 the archbishop celebrated an all-school Mass with students, faculty and staff at Stephen T. Badin High School in Hamilton.

On May 16 Archbishop Schnurr joined the Poor Clare Sisters for Mass at the Jesuit Spiritual Center in Milford, where they had gathered for a joint meeting of the Mother Bentivoglio Federation and Holy Name Federation of Poor Clare Sisters in North America. Approximately 60 Sisters, including those from the Monastery of St. Clare in Cincinnati and some from as far away as Guatemala and the Philippines, were present for the gathering. During the meeting, elections for the Mother Bentivoglio Federation were held, and local Poor Clare Sisters Dianne Short Mary Pia Malaborbor were elected as council members.
