JOY!

With each new school year, possibility abounds as we open our hearts and minds to the mission of Catholic education for the students, families and communities we serve. With joyful hearts, guiding faith and unwavering dedication, our teachers, school leaders and communities embrace our collective mission to Radiate Christ. It is a mission of grace, courage, healing and commitment. Our Catholic faith is woven into all that we do and all that we are in our schools.

WELCOME!
We welcome our new students and their families as they join us in our schools for the first time this year. We are also excited to welcome back students and families returning to our Catholic schools. We are so happy you are part of our school communities! Thank you for trusting your children to our care. And, we welcome our new and returning teachers, staff members and school leaders. Your positive impact on your students’ lives and your tremendous dedication to your vocation are inspiring!

GRATITUDE!
Thank you! We are grateful to our parents, guardians, families, educators, communities and stakeholders for your support. God calls each of us to step out in faith courageously and lovingly and use all that we have been given to care for and serve others. Our Catholic schools’ vibrancy is blessed by your service and generosity of time, talent, treasure and tradition. Steeped in our traditions of community, faith, service and academic excellence—the possibilities for our Catholic school communities are endless.

PRAYER!
I am thrilled to serve our Catholic school communities as the interim superintendent this year. It is an immense joy and beautiful blessing!

“We are here to witness, bless, console, raise up, and radiate the beauty of Jesus” (Pope Francis, Homily for Holy Mass for World Missions Day, Oct. 20, 2019).

As Catholic school leaders, teachers and communities, we prayerfully embrace this mission and look forward to joyfully welcoming all who enter our schools this upcoming school year and to walking together on our journey of faith.

KATHY C. KANE
