Talk on Cincinnati Catholic history from 1883-1950 in Hyde Park
Part 3 of a 4-part series of talks on Cincinnati’s Catholic History by Father Davide Endres, dean of the Athenaeum of Ohio and a columnist for “The Catholic Telegraph,” will focus on growth and progress from 1883-1950. The multimedia presentations will explore how German and Irish immigrants transformed the city’s history through a network of churches, schools, and charities and look toward the archdiocese’s bicentennial.
