Part 1 of a 4-part series of talks on Cincinnati’s Catholic History by Father Davide Endres, dean of the Athenaeum of Ohio and a columnist for “The Catholic Telegraph,” will focus on pioneers (1821-1840). The multimedia presentations will explore how German and Irish immigrants transformed the city’s history through a network of churches, schools, and charities and look toward the archdiocese’s bicentennial.
