Interim superintendent honored by United Way

ARCHDIOCESE — Pat Armstrong, interim superintendent of the Catholic Schools Office of the Archdiocese of Cincinnati, recently received the Geier Family Award for United Way Leadership from United Way of Greater Cincinnati at an event recognizing some of the region’s outstanding volunteers.


 
Armstrong is chair of United Way’s Youth Achieve Success Impact Council.
 
At the Leaders & Legends Luncheon at the Duke Energy Center in Cincinnati, Armstrong was one of several area leaders recognized. Jesuit Father Michael Graham, president of Xavier University and chairman of the United Way board, presented the awards.
