Sunday, October 25, 2015, 9:30 a.m.  Health Ministry will be offering this adult learning opportunity that focuses on the use of life sustaining treatments and other end of life issues after Mass.  Sister Carol Bauer from Good Samaritan Hospital will give us the tools we need to be active participants in our medical care and how to make the decisions which affect its course.  this will include information about Living Wills and Advance Directives.  All adults are welcome but this would not be appropriate for children.  Refreshments will be provided.  For more information, please contact Jane Zwolski at 937-698-0664
