The term “Spring Break” takes us to beaches, a week of fun, or simply a week to chill. This year, students from Purcell Marian High School in the Archdiocese of Cincinnati went out of their comfort zone and traveled to Ecuador to help the community there in some difficult task of maintaining roads, clearing debris to make a soccer field, and help in the classroom. Check out the Cavaliers journey and in their words. With the suspension of Boeing 737 Max 8 aircraft, the students are still in Ecuador. Amy Taylor, Director of Communications and Admissions, said that Tuesday, March 19 is the soonest that the Tandana Foundation could get them on the same flight all together.
