A Mass of Christian Burial for Sister of Charity of Cincinnati Ann Rose Frank was celebrated Nov. 4 in the motherhouse chapel. Sister Ann Rose, 91, died Oct. 30 at Mother Margaret Hall, the congregation’s nursing facility. She was a Sister of Charity for 72 years.

A native of Cincinnati, Sister Ann Rose earned a bachelor of science degree in education from the College of Mount St. Joseph in 1956. She ministered in primary and secondary education in Ohio, New Mexico, Michigan and Colorado. In the Archdiocese of Cincinnati, she served at St. Matthew, St. Savior, Gressle and St. Gabriel. In all, she gave more than 40 years of service in the classroom. Sister Ann Rose later served at St. Joseph Home in Sharonville, a sponsored ministry of the Sisters of Charity, where provided general office assistance and served as the chapel sacristan for 20 years.

Interment was in the Sisters of Charity Cemetery.
