A Mass of Christian Burial for Precious Blood Sister Cecilia Ann Goldschmidt was celebrated March 7 at Salem Heights Chapel.

Sister Cecilia Ann, 95, died March 4 at the Maria Joseph Center. A native of Minster, she was a Sister of the Precious Blood for 75 years.

In the Archdiocese of Cincinnati, Sister Cecilia Ann taught at schools in Norwood, Hamilton, Maria Stein and Coldwater. She later became a housekeeper at Maria Stein Convent and spent 17 years as the postmistress at the Maria Joseph Center.

Interment was in Salem Heights Cemetery.
