A Mass of Christian Burial for Sister of Notre Dame de Namur Mary Grace Burg was celebrated March 19 in St. Julie Chapel at Mount Notre Dame Convent.

Sister Mary Grace, 86, died March 10 at Mount Notre Dame Health Center. A native of Dayton, she was a Sister of Notre Dame de Namur for 66 years.

In the Archdiocese of Cincinnati, Sister Mary Grace taught at the former St. Veronica School in Hamilton; St. Helen in Dayton; the former St. Xavier Commercial; and Mount Notre Dame High School in Cincinnati. After leaving the classroom, Sister Mary Grace served in a number of staff roles at the congregation’s province headquarters in Cincinnati.

Interment was in the convent cemetery.
