Thanks to everyone who stepped up to help us Strike Out Hunger at Great American Ballpark! Your generosity is already making a difference for families facing summer hunger.

But it’s not over yet…we are heading into extra innings to Strike Out Hunger! Join St. Vincent de Paul Cincinnati at Oakley Kroger (4613 Marburg Ave) on Saturday, July 26 from 9 a.m – 4 p.m. to support neighbors facing food insecurity.

Bring at least three nonperishable food items or pick up a few while you shop inside Kroger and receive a voucher for a future Reds game (limit one per person, while supplies last).

Volunteers will be stationed outside the store with a donation truck, collecting food donations as shoppers exit Kroger.

Help us reach our goal: 27,300 pounds of food and $50,000 raised to support the Catino Choice Food Pantry and our network of pantries across Greater Cincinnati.

Summer hunger continues to affect thousands of local families, especially those caring for children who are now home five days a week without access to school meals.

Did you know? Nearly 115,000 people in Hamilton County are experiencing food insecurity. That’s enough to fill Great American Ball Park more than twice.

Together, we can bring home a win for our neighbors.
