Br. Guy Consolomagno, SJ, Director of the Vatican Observatory, will speak on "God's Mechanics: The Religious Life of Techies." A native of Detroit, Br. Guy earned undergraduate and masters' degrees from MIT, and a Ph.D. in Planetary Science from the University of Arizona. SportsLeader Football Rosary Rally at Mount St. Mary’s Seminary of the West
SportsLeader will hold its annual rosary rally for high school (and other) football teams in the field outside Cincinnati's Seminary. Teams should wear their jerseys. A priest will bring the Blessed Sacrament and lead a decade of the rosary as sports rivals come together to begin the football season in prayer. Start time is 6:45, NOT 6:30 (the calendar software allows only half hour increments).

Solemn Vespers will be in the St. Gregory Chapel of Mount St. Mary's Seminary of the West. Come sing the psalms, canticles, and hymns of Vespers, and listen to the Mount St. Mary’s Latin Schola and Athenaeum Chorale perform music in commemoration of the faithful departed.
